Refund policy

1. Booking & Confirmation

1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email once the deposit is received.  

1.2. A deposit of 15% (or a specified amount) of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid maximum 60 days before departure.

1.3. The lead name of the booking agrees responsibility for all other bookings on the same account. I.e. groups of friends book together, The lead name on the booking is responsible for completing the guest list for all individuals in the group and agreeing to these terms on their behalf.

1.4 Deposits are non-refundable at all times. Any request to transfer or rearrange a deposit will be considered at the discretion of Say Yes Adventures and must be confirmed in writing to be valid.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellations made 60 days before the trip will receive a full refund, minus the deposit.  

3.2. Failure to pay the deposit or remaining balance by the due date will be treated as a cancellation

3.3. Cancellations made between 59-46 days before the trip will be eligible for a 50% refund, minus the deposit.  

3.4. Cancellations made 45 days before the trip or less will not be eligible for a refund.  

3.5. If Say Yes Adventures cancels a trip for any reason, a full refund will be provided or an alternative trip option offered.

3.6. Cancellations must be made by providing guest name, booking reference and trip information to info@sayyesadventures.com. Allow a minimum of 5 days for refund to be acknowledged by Say Yes Adventures. Cancellation is not confirmed until acknowledged by us. 

3.7. You may transfer your booking to another individual, provided that all required information and details of the new participant are submitted to Say Yes Adventures no later than 14 days prior to the departure date.

3.8. Upon cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances. Any refund of the final balance does not include the deposit, which shall be retained by Say Yes Adventures.
